Happy St. Patrick's Day

I really like St. Patrick's Day and I don't think anyone should let their lack of Irish descent stop them from participating fully in St. Patrick's Day celebrations.  This year my family is honoring the green themed holiday with green pancakes, Reuben sandwiches and some of our favorite green snacks.
