Since my walking partner is on vacation, I decided to take my walk in the park this morning for a change of pace. Mia and I walked about 9 miles - then Mia jumped in the lake and swam about 9 more miles.
For lunch today, I made a chicken wrap. It was so good - I decided to share it with all of you.
I spread some edamame hummus on a whole wheat tortilla and added some leftover sliced chicken and black beans. I rolled it up, sliced it in half and snapped a quick photo before I dug in. It was a perfect lunch.
Now that I've have had my exercise and my lunch, I better get started on a carrot cake order.
